It is an honor and pleasure to be the pastor of Broad Street Baptist Church. God led me to be the pastor of this church in June of 2007. I graduated from Brewton-Parker College with a degree in History in 1998 and then moved with my family to Wake Forest, NC to attend Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. In the Spring of 2018, I graduated with a Doctor of Ministry Degree with a specialization in Church Revitalization from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Previously, I was the Associate Pastor of Youth at Woodlawn Baptist Church in Hopewell, VA and the pastor of Zoar Baptist Church in Baxley, GA. My wife's name is Jennifer and we have three children: Johnathan, Joshua, and Julia Grace. We also have three granddaughters! I have no doubt that God's hand is on this church. I can't wait to see what God's going to do here in Hawkinsville and around the world through Broad Street!

We are created, commanded and compelled to sing with our heart, mind, family and local church in worship to the one and true God of the universe. As the music minister, this understanding and execution are my missions for worship through singing. I assumed the role of Minister of Music in May 2019. I’ve served in music ministry for over 10 years and am thankful I can continue to learn new things every week! I’m joined in singing by my wife Mindy and our three children Camile, Baker and Paul.
